- We offer Pan-India shipping.
- Our products are delivered through trusted courier partners.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid Supplement orders above ₹300.
- Orders below ₹300 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹300.
- Gut Microbiome Test Kits include free shipping and reverse pickup.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract an additional ₹50 service charge. COD only available on Supplement Orders
Shipping Timeline
- All orders are dispatched within 48 hours unless an item is out of stock.

- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Gut Microbiome Test Kit: 3–7 business days depending on location.
Gut Microbiome Test Kit Returns
- Once your sample is ready, notify our support team.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details are shared via SMS and email after dispatch.
- You can monitor your shipment status using the tracking information provided.
Missed Deliveries & Address Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability may incur additional reshipping charges.
- For address updates or delivery assistance, please contact our support team.

- While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays.
